Marilyn started her corporate experience with Chrysler First Financial Services. As an in-house trainer, she was responsible for writing, producing, and presenting training programs to 2400 employees across the United States. Marilyn trained all levels of the corporation from:

She specialized in communication classes and building effective teams. When NationsBank acquired Chrysler First, Marilyn was an instrumental member of the transition team. Marilyn left NationsBank to be a full time seminar leader for SkillPath Seminars and quickly became one of their most sought after speakers for on-site clients. For five years in a row, Marilyn had the highest rate of repeat business from attendees and scored in the top 3% of evaluations.
